The City of Sydney invited local and international artists to submit proposals to integrate major permanent public artworks into this innovative new precinct.
Green Square Library and Plaza is one of the first projects to be designed and implemented into the new Green Square Town Centre. As a key public space, the new library and plaza will serve as a public destination and work together as one space at the heart of this new community. This development is one of the key opportunities for public art in Green Square.
The Expression of Interest period for artists has now closed. Artists shortlisted will be contacted in early 2015.
